New Moon is a documentary series in which we embark on a journey of remembrance, initiation and healing of the feminine, having been silenced and oppressed for over 5000 years of patriarchy, until its natural essence and power have been all but forgotten.
The show contains interviews with dozens of Israeli women who explore different topics such as, body image & the beauty ideal, sexuality, birth, motherhood, society, politics & ecology, and they present a vision for a healthier world in which there is balance between Yin & Yang, peace between the sexes and between man and the earth.

One of the most important things in this series is: normalization.
The series deals authentically with issues we all face but don't usually speak about publicly, and by doing so it normalizes experiences that we often feel alone in having.
In this simple act - of turning something that's supposedly isolating and alienating into something normal, which is not just my personal experience- there is such vital healing.
